1. Money Back Guarantee
- All products sold by Lifector are 100% original and imported.
- If a customer provides valid evidence clearly proving that a product is counterfeit, a 100% refund will be issued.
- All authenticity claims are subject to verification by Lifector.
2. Unboxing Video Requirements
A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to counterfeit products, damaged items, defective items, missing items, incorrect items, returns, or exchanges.
The video must:
- Start before the parcel is opened.
- Be recorded continuously from the moment the parcel is opened, without edits, cuts, pauses, or interruptions.
- Clearly show the shipping label, parcel condition, opening process, and all contents received.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
3. Order Cancellation & Refund of Advance Payment
- Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation.
- After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
- Advance payments (partial or full) are non-refundable in case of cancellation, refusal to receive the parcel, or change of mind after 1 hour of order confirmation.
- Please review product details, including shade, size, quantity, and variant, before confirming your order.
4. Pre-Orders & Website Orders
I. Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items are strictly non-cancellable after confirmation.
- Orders with full or partial advance payment must be received by the customer within 15 days of shipment reaching Pakistan or when marked ready for delivery.
- On customer request, delivery may be delayed; however, the total holding period cannot exceed 15 days.
If the parcel is not received within 15 days:
- The order may be cancelled and the advance payment forfeited; or
- The customer may choose to proceed by paying any applicable price difference at the time of delivery.
II. Website Orders
- If a customer refuses to receive a dispatched parcel, the advance payment will be forfeited.
- If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled by Lifector due to permanent stock unavailability, a full refund of the advance payment or amount paid will be issued within 24–48 hours.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
- Issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
- A valid unboxing video is mandatory.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Resolution Process
- If a claim is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by Lifector.
- The item must be returned for inspection before any resolution is provided.
- After verification, Lifector may offer:
- A replacement (preferred remedy); or
- Store credit, where appropriate.
- Claim processing may take 4–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
6. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- A valid unboxing video must be provided.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- All seals, tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returns without prior approval from Lifector will not be accepted.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Delivery charges for exchange requests will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange requests due to customer preference, shade selection, size selection, variant selection, or change of mind are subject to approval.
- Exchange requests may take 7–10 business days to process.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare, haircare, cosmetic, and personal care products.
- Hygiene-sensitive items including lipsticks, lip oils, mascaras, perfumes, and similar products.
- Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence, improper storage, or unauthorized alterations.
9. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only in approved cases, including verified product issues or stock unavailability.
- Refunds due to stock unavailability will be processed within 24–48 hours.
- Other approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

11. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Lifector shall not be responsible for delays, returns, additional charges, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
12. Important Notes
Product Variations
- Product color, packaging, labels, artwork, bottle design, and outer packaging may vary due to manufacturer updates, country of origin, production batches, lighting conditions, and screen settings. Such variations do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Packaging, ingredients, batch codes, labels, and product appearance may differ across countries and production runs. Such variations do not indicate that a product is counterfeit.
Authenticity & Packaging
- Lifector guarantees the authenticity of all products sold.
- Some international brands, including but not limited to CeraVe, Cetaphil, Olaplex, and similar products, are commonly manufactured without outer boxes, shrink wrapping, security seals, or printed expiry dates. Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the official packaging standards of these brands before placing an order. Claims based solely on the absence of a box, seal, shrink wrap, or printed expiry date will not be accepted.
Manufacturing Dates
- Lifector sources products from authorized retailers and distributors in the USA, UK, Canada, Austria, and other countries, often during promotional sales. Manufacturing dates may therefore vary.
- Customers specifically seeking the latest production batch are advised to purchase directly from the brand's official website at regular retail pricing.
- Manufacturing date alone is not considered a valid reason for return, refund, or exchange, provided the product remains within its approved shelf life.
Product Size & Customer Expectations
- Please carefully review product size, weight, and volume (ml/oz) before placing an order, especially for mini, travel-size, and sample-size products. Dissatisfaction with product size after delivery does not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.
- Lifector guarantees the authenticity of all products sold but cannot accommodate returns based on customer expectations regarding packaging style, product size, manufacturing date, batch code, country of origin, or other regional product variations commonly associated with genuine imported products.
Imported Electronics
- Imported electronic items are not covered by any warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Courier & External Delays
- Lifector is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
General Rights
- Lifector reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Due to hygiene, safety, and authenticity concerns, products cannot be returned once opened or used.
