1. Eligibility

Bulk orders are available for resellers, retailers, salons, clinics, and online businesses. Lifector reserves the right to approve or decline any bulk order request.

2. Minimum Order Requirement

Bulk pricing applies when minimum quantity requirements are met. The standard MOQ is 5 units per SKU (brand/variant), which may vary depending on product availability and sourcing.

3. Pricing & Quotations

Pricing is based on quantity, product type, and sourcing channel. All quotations are valid for 24–48 hours. Prices may change due to international market rates and currency fluctuations.

4. Payment Terms

100% advance payment is required. Orders are processed only after payment clearance. All bulk payments are non-refundable once procurement has been initiated.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders may be sourced locally or internationally. Estimated timelines are shared upon confirmation. Local delivery for bulk orders may take 8–12 days. International orders typically take 4–6 weeks or longer depending on logistics and customs.

6. Product Authenticity

All products are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. Proof of sourcing may be provided upon request.

7. Returns & Claims

No returns or exchanges are accepted on bulk orders. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours with proper proof (unboxing video/images). No claims are accepted after this period.

8. Stock & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. In case of stock issues, alternative options or revised timelines will be offered.

9. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery charges depend on weight and location. Lifector is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external logistics factors.

10. Business Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for resale pricing, marketing, and compliance with local regulations. Lifector is not liable for resale performance or business outcomes.

11. Shipping

We operate as an online business only and do not have a physical retail store. All orders are delivered to the provided shipping address through our logistics partners.
