International Pre-Orders Policy

At Lifector, we provide a reliable international pre-order service in Pakistan, allowing you to access 100% authentic imported skincare, supplements, and beauty products that are not readily available locally. All products are sourced directly from trusted international platforms and official brand retailers.

1. How to Place an Order

• Provide complete details (size, shade, variant, model)
• A price quotation will be shared, valid for 24 hours only
• Orders are processed strictly according to the provided link and details

2. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is mandatory for all international pre-orders
• In most cases, 100% advance payment is required
• In selected cases, 20%–50% advance may be accepted
• All advance payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time: 4–6 weeks

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• International shipping disruptions
• Customs clearance procedures
• Weather conditions
• Global logistics or political situations

Such delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or compensation.

4. Product Selection Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for selecting correct size, shade, variant, or model
• Lifector is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer
• Orders are placed exactly as per the provided product link

5. Electronics Disclaimer

• Imported electronic items are sold without local warranty
• No guarantees or after-sales support are provided due to international sourcing limitations

6. Balance Payment & Delivery

• Customers will be notified once the product arrives in Pakistan
• Remaining balance must be paid within 10 days
• Orders must be collected within 15 days of arrival
• Failure to comply will result in order cancellation and advance forfeiture

7. Cancellation Policy

• International pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• Failure to complete payment or receive the order will result in non-refundable advance

8. Returns & Exchanges

• No returns or exchanges are accepted for international pre-orders
• This includes change of mind, shade mismatch, or size issues

9. Customs & Duties

• All applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are included in the quoted price

10. Local Delivery Charges

• Local delivery charges are applied after arrival in Pakistan
• Estimated delivery cost: Rs. 340 – Rs. 650 per kg

11. Authenticity Assurance

• All products are sourced from trusted international platforms such as official brand stores and global retailers
• Purchase proof or receipts can be provided upon request
