Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
  • All orders are shipped through reliable courier partners, and tracking details are provided for your convenience.

Order Confirmation:
Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp message. Kindly respond to our confirmation message within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response within this time, the order may be cancelled. In such cases, the Cash on Delivery (COD) option may no longer be available for future orders.

2. Order Processing Time and Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery time is 4 to 7 working days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

3. Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders above PKR 10,000.
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 working days.

4. Standard Shipping

  • Orders below PKR 10,000 are charged at PKR 350 per kg.
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 working days.

5. Express Delivery

  • Express delivery is available within 48–72 hours.
  • This service is not applicable to orders containing more than 2 products.
  • A 100% advance payment of the total bill is required.
  • Delivery charges are PKR 800 per kg.
  • Please note that this service may be affected by weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Advance Payment Policy

  • A 20% advance payment is required for orders between PKR 10,100 – PKR 30,000.
  • 100% advance payment is required for orders above PKR 30,000.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for orders under PKR 10,000.
  • Customers who repeatedly cancel or refuse orders may have COD access restricted.
  • In such cases, future orders may require partial or full advance payment.
  • Customers who do not respond to WhatsApp confirmation messages or are unavailable (phone switched off or busy during working hours) may not be eligible for COD and may be requested to pay in advance.

8. International Shipping

  • International orders are available upon request.
  • Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

9. Delivery Notes

  • Deliveries are made on working days only (Monday to Saturday).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
  • All orders are securely packed to ensure product safety.
