Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is an important part of our Terms & Conditions at LIfector.

Shipping Options:

Free Shipping:We offer free Standard shipping on orders over PKR 6000.
Standard Shipping Fees:For orders below PKR 6000, standard shipping is available at a rate of 350 PKR.
Advance Payment : Orders above Rs.!5000/- require 100% advance Payment.On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.
All orders under Rs.15000/- require 20% advance .
Delivery Timeframe:Standard delivery typically takes 2 - 7 business days.
Express Delivery: Express shipping is available at 600 PKR which typically takes 1-2 business days

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not provide international shipping. For inquiries about international deliveries, please email us at support@lifector.com.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Deliveries are made by courier services according to their schedules. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Delay:

If there is a delay in delivery for any reason, we will promptly inform you and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

Advance Payment:

Orders exceeding Rs.15,000 require advance payment of 20%. Our team will contact you for payment details once your order is confirmed.
Your order will be dispatched after we confirm receipt of your payment in our bank.
For customers who previously canceled, rejected, or refused delivery, reorders require advance payment only.
