Refund and Returns Policy

At Lifector, established in 2014, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic imported products with a transparent and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Money Back Guarantee

  • All products sold are 100% original and imported.
  • If a customer provides a valid unboxing video clearly proving a counterfeit product, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the parcel is opened, without edits.

2. Order Cancellation and Refund of Advance Payment

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation.
  • After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
  • Advance payments (partial or full) are non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of mind after 1 hour of confirmation.
  • Please review product details (shade, size, variant) carefully before confirming your order.

3. Advance Payment & Delivery Policy

  • Orders with advance payment must be received within 15 days of shipment or when marked ready for delivery.
  • On customer request, delivery may be delayed; however, the total holding period cannot exceed 15 days.
  • If the parcel is not received within 15 days:
    • The order will be automatically cancelled, and the advance payment will be forfeited, or
    • The customer may choose to proceed by paying any applicable price difference at the time of delivery.
  • If a customer refuses to receive the parcel after dispatch, the advance payment will be forfeited.
  • Pre-order items are strictly non-cancellable after confirmation.
  • If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled by Lifector due to permanent stock unavailability, a full refund of the advance/payment will be issued within 24–48 hours.
  • Lifector is not responsible for price changes due to currency fluctuations, import costs, or brand price revisions.
  • Repeated delivery delays, refusals, or non-serious ordering behavior may result in restriction of future orders.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report issues within 3 days of delivery (preferably immediately upon receipt).
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Resolution Process:

  • Return shipping will be covered by Lifector (if claim is approved).
  • The item must be sent back for inspection.
  • After verification, we will offer:
    • Replacement (preferred), or
    • Store credit (for partial issues)
  • Processing time: 4–7 working days

5. Returns & Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • All seals, packaging, and tags must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and unopened.
  • Delivery charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care and beauty products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (lipsticks, lip oils, perfumes, etc.)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Lingerie and intimate wear
  • Imported electronics (no warranty)
  • Damage caused by misuse or voltage fluctuations

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in approved cases (e.g., stock unavailability or verified claims).
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

10. Important Notes

  • Lifector reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy conditions.
  • We do not provide warranty on imported electronics.

  • Product packaging may vary depending on the country of origin.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen delivery issues.
