Refund and Returns Policy

At Lifector, established in 2014, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.
We require a 20% advance payment on all orders under PKR 25,000. Orders above PKR 25,000 require 100% advance payment.

Any advance payment (20% or 100%) is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Please double-check your selected color, size, delivery option (free or express), and product details before confirming your order. Changes of mind after placing an order will not be entertained.

If a customer refuses to receive the parcel after paying a 20% advance, the advance will be forfeited.
For pre-order items, refusal to receive the parcel upon delivery will also result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

2. Delays Due to External Circumstances

In cases of rain, floods, strikes, wars, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, delivery times may be delayed.
Orders cannot be cancelled due to such delays.
We remain committed to delivering your original product — even if there is a delay — and you will receive it.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

  • Provide an unboxing video as proof of your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Cover the delivery fee for the return.

  • Offer either an exchange or a discount coupon based on the damage or issue.

4. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags, seals, and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Process:
Email us at support@lifector.com.pk and confirm the return address on WhatsApp: +92 310 3085026 before shipping.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie & intimate apparel

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care & beauty products once opened or used

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Imported electronics damaged due to local voltage fluctuations

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary; if you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support@lifector.com.pk.

7. Exchange Process

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase (if unused/unopened).
Processing of exchanges takes 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
Products that are used, opened, or damaged are not eligible for exchange.

8. Damaged Product Compensation

Despite careful packaging, some delicate items may still be damaged during transit.
You must report the damage within 3 hours of receiving the parcel.
We will resolve the issue within 4–5 working days by offering an exchange or a discount coupon proportional to the damage.
