Return & Refund Policy

  1. Original Products

At Lifector, we exclusively deal with original products and act as importers to bring these genuine products to your doorstep. As we are not the manufacturers, we do not take responsibility for the ingredients of the products.

  1. Artificial Jewelry

We stock artificial jewelry, but we do not provide guarantees for it if it changes color or becomes dull. This is a common occurrence with artificial jewelry due to exposure to moisture, sweat, or perfume.

  1. No Exchanges or Refunds on False Claims

We do not provide exchanges or refunds based on false claims that a product is not original. We only deal with original products.

  1. Sealed Products

We do not offer exchanges or returns for any product that does not come with a manufacturer's seal. Only sealed products can be exchanged or returned if they remain in the same condition (unopened and sealed).

  1. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, lingerie, nightwear, jewelry)

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

  1. Return Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products

We have a 2-day return policy for damaged or incorrect products. You have 2 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@lifector.com.pk, on Facebook or Instagram, via WhatsApp at +92 310 3085026, or by calling +92 310 3085026. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Damaged Products

We take the best possible measures to pack your order securely. However, some makeup items are delicate and may get damaged during transit. In such cases, you need to share proof of damage within 3 hours of receiving the items. We will require 4-5 working days to process your claim and will compensate you in the form of a discount coupon based on the actual damage or provide an exchange.

  1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.

  1. Refunds

We will refund the price you paid for the products under the following conditions:

  • If you availed of any discounts, we will only refund the amount you paid, not the actual price of the products.
  • Delivery costs will only be refundable if the mistake was on our end (e.g., damaged or wrong product sent).

If you wish to return or exchange a product without any error on our part, the product must be sealed as received. In such cases, delivery charges are non-refundable.

  1. Product Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, you need to send it to us. We will inspect the item, and if it is in the same condition, we will refund the product cost.

  1. Refund Processing

If you cancel an order or return products to us, we will process refunds within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on the payment method. Refunds are processed only via bank transfers.

Customers who cancel or return a parcel will be required to pay in advance for future orders.
